I am also responsible for co-producing mgmmiragecareers.com which is a site that helps celebrate and connect progressive AA women interested in engineering jobs with companies across all industries.In my previous role as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Match Group, I led a global team of 30 recruiters and sourcers for Windows Devices Group. We were responsible for helping companies across all industries assess their need for diversity and college talent, and design and implement a recruitment strategy that successfully scaled to a growth demand from 700 to 1500+ hires. I also created and led a business insights dashboard between HR, finance and recruiting, and helped to develop the strategy for Match Group’s biggest hires of all time – more than 1000 hires per year.Some of the notable client organizations we worked with during my time at Match Group include Core Windows, Surface, Xbox, Hololens, and Universal Store. Additionally, I co-architected the diversity recruitment strategy across all of Microsoft Engineering, and led the development of the business insights dashboard.
