At zeninthecity we offer one hour yoga classes, at, or close to your workplace and to suit all needs. We aim to keep our Yoga sessions, real, open and most importantly enjoyable. Classes are usually Hatha and Vinyasa based and include Yin, meditation and breathing techniques to balance the body and mind.
All classes based on the same approach, taking you in and out of postures safely, using the breath for its many purposes whilst balancing the body and mind to enhance all you do in life.
