Y&R's SparkPlug innovation incubator offers free office space, resources and relationships to interesting companies and idea generators with zero equity fees. Companies can focus on building their game-changing ideas, technology and products and in exchange, we invite you to share new ways of thinking, introduce innovative technologies and forge productive partnerships with us. It is a 6 month long program and program benefits may include mentorship from industry leaders, demo days, legal services, pitch seminars, content creation, branding advice, client introductions, participation in innovation conferences etc. We take no equity and make no direct financial investments. We are looking for companies that are a good fit with our agency and our industry, that help us tell better and more powerful brand stories. Verticals we are interested in: Content, New Formats (Eg: VR), Product Development, Mobile, Social Media, Non-profit.
