At Your Home Companion we provide professional, dependable and compassionate in-home care services to the elderly and disabled. The services we provide enable our clients to maintain their daily routine, as well as remain living in their home independently and happily. Our services, however, are not limited to a client's home. We also visit our clients in the hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility and/or continuing care retirement community. Just some of the respite care services we provide to our clients include: *Meal preparation *Light housekeeping *Medication reminders *Companionship *Transportation to doctor's appointments etc *Grocery shopping or transporation to grocery store *Pick up prescriptions *Attend church services, visit friends, going to the beach, shopping etc. *Dressing guidance *Pet care *Mail assistance *Mental stimulation Our Companions receive extensive, continuing training and all are carefully instructed on the support and special requirements of each individual and family. Once a match has been made between the Client and Companion, your home companion is then familiarized with current and past health information, needs, interests, hobbies, as well as dietary needs and preferences.
