Welcome to Your Conveyancer, Scotland's only provider of volume conveyancing services dedicated solely to the financial services and property sectors. Residential conveyancing and specifically purchase, sale and remortgage is our core business.

Our clients include many of the UK's leading mortgage lenders, estate agents, mortgage brokers, IFAs and builders.

We are recognised as market leaders both in our use of technology and the manner in which we deliver our services and this enables us to tailor our systems and processes to match those of our clients and to become a virtual conveyancing department within their own organisations.
