Yoga Tree's mission is to provide the highest quality yoga in a welcoming environment.
Our first studio opened it’s doors in Haight Ashbury in 1999. Co-founders Tim and Tara Dale worked tirelessly to create a safe and welcoming space for all people to practice yoga with world class teachers. We have since grown into a thriving Bay Area business with eight studios, workshops and a robust teacher training center with offerings from top teachers around the world.
Each of our locations is diverse, serves its community and reflects the unique needs of the students who call it home. As a result you’ll find a wide array of classes and styles for beginners and advanced students alike led by some of the Bay Area’s top instructors including Janet Stone, Mark Morford, Jane Austin, Pete Guinosso, Dina Amsterdam, Annie Carpenter, Scott Blossom and Jason Crandell.
Although we offer a variety of styles of yoga, all of our classes share one thing in common: a comfortable, safe space in which to explore the body, mind, and soul.
