Offrir diverses occasions à la nouvelle génération de réseauter, de contribuer au développement du Ministère et de faire une différence dans la fonction publique. Le mandat d’IMAJIN se divise en quatre grands piliers: Faciliter, Influencer, Engager, Réseauter. YMAGIN is a joint initiative between ESDC, Service Canada, Labour Program and Policy Horizons Canada. YMAGIN was created in 1996 by a small group of HRSDC employees who came together to discuss common issues that they were facing. Targeted at the young and young at heart, they sought active participation in the continual development of the Department. Following a downturn in activity, YMAGIN was reinvigorated at the national level in 2007 and now the network has grown stronger and greater. | IMAJIN est une initiative conjointe entre Emploi et Développement social Canada (EDSC), Service Canada, et le Programme du travail qui a vu le jour en 1996 grâce à un petit groupe d’employés qui s’est regroupé pour discuter des problématiques communes auxquelles ils faisaient face. Le réseau IMAJIN s’adresse aux jeunes fonctionnaires qui ont à cœur le développement de leur ministère. À la suite d’une baisse dans les activités, IMAJIN national a repris des forces en 2007 et est devenu le réseau fort et prospère que l’on connaît aujourd’hui.
