We study labor market, identify skills gaps in the economy, test and match people to these skills courses, train them and place them in employment. For companies and organizations not hiring, we can test, match, train and redeploy the staff you already have so you can build high-tech capabilities from within. It’s all automated through a SaaS platform and cheap as hell – on average 15x cheaper than current training and recruitment costs. Why did we do it? We were veterans that couldn’t get jobs despite being very competent. This pissed us off. So we applied military strategy and efficiency to the labor market and have turned the market on its head.
