Frank Estadt, Current CEO of Waldo's BBQ & Catering, challenged Clay to a poker match, or so the story goes, and the rest is Barbecue history. You can enjoy our unique sense of humor and off-the-cuff decor at our restaurant, as well as delectable smoked barbecue 7 days a week in Lake Havasu City and Mesa; we're open every day but Sunday in Show Low.
