Unity Fabric Industries Ltd. is a sister concern of Mridha Group. Mridha Group of Companies is a private company and was established in 1991. The group's chairman, Awlad Hossan Mridha, is proficient with twenty-five years of experience in the RMG sector. Initially, UFIL was set up only with the manufacturing of readymade garments. Fast forward to 2020, UFIL has grown to be one of the leading apparel solution providers in Bangladesh. Moreover, UFIL has undertaken its own Effluent Treatment Plant(ETP), part of its sustainability plan, to purify the toxic and chemical-infused wastages and convert it to reusable water for its manufacturing plant which also helps to minimize cost in the long-run.
