Who We Are Since 1999, True Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. (TBH) has been serving consumers in Gaston, Cleveland, and Lincoln counties. We have recently started serving Mecklenburg, Catawba, and Caldwell County. From our foundation, True Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.(formerly True's Kids, Inc.) has characterized itself by proudly providing the highest quality services to those most in need.
