TRS Healthcare is RN founded and family owned. We still hold true to those same core values, acting as an advocate for nurses all over the country. TRS has grown from a local per diem agency to staffing healthcare professionals across the nation for over 25 years. We are also proudly one of few preferred staffing agencies for our federal partner, Indian Health Services, in the southwest and elsewhere. In 2005, TRS Healthcare became the 6th Healthcare Staffing Company to be certified by the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
