About Trojan Crew
We are Trojan Crew, a new style of crewing.
We started trading in mid – January. We are made up of experienced crew, with a core team of 70.
Our first job was to provide a 40 man crew for the first ever take over of Borough Market as an event space, with all the logistical uses, and time constraints that that involves.
We now work with a number of production companies and theatres, receiving nothing but positive feedback .
Our ethos is that our crew will become an integral part of your onsite team.
Trojan's founders Chris and Ramy met onsite as freelance production managers, having both worked our way up through the crewing world. Over time we both realised we had the same frustrations with local crew companies; experienced to inexperienced ratio, never the same face twice, breakdown in communication, also how badly some crew companies treat their crew.
Our USP is to respect and treat the crew well, pay the crew a fair wage, and therefore encourage a productive and talented team of people. But not to pass this cost onto our clients.
