Founded in 2003 by Matt Connell, Total Military Management (TMM) was formed to develop beneficial, profitable programs for agents and household goods carriers who serve the military marketplace.
To accomplish this TMM consults for and forms partnerships with carriers who wish to have their authority developed. TMM specializes exclusively in Department of Defense (DoD) business with 100% of our efforts focused on making DoD traffic more profitable for both agent and carrier. TMM understands the diverse and unique circumstances encountered by both agent and carrier. This enables TMM to fully appreciate the needs and requirements of carriers and agents and allows us to develop effective programs and processes that are beneficial to all parties.
