Located in the heart of the world heritage city of Bath, Thermae Bath Spa is an award-winning day spa where you can bathe in natural thermal waters, as the Celts and Romans did over 2000 years ago.
The historic spa buildings blend with a stunning modern glass & stone building designed by architects Sir Nicholas Grimshaw & Partners. Facilities at the Spa include a spectacular open-air Rooftop Pool, indoor Minvera Bath, a new multi-sensory Wellness Suite and the historic Cross Bath. There is also a wide range of spa treatments and packages. Additionally the spa houses a restaurant, small function room, shop and Visitor Centre.
The Spa re-opened in August 2006 after an extensive restoration programme and currently employs approximately 170 staff. Its philosophy has been developed from over 20 years' experience within the spa industry and is based upon the principles that prevention is always better than cure and that there is a need to rebalance our lives, alleviate stress and encourage well-being.
