Our front of house teams and managers go through our academy. With the help of our trainer’s expertise, our new team members gain confidence and knowledge before joining their teams in the restaurant. Further training and guidance is provided onsite to gain confidence and progress their career with us. Our chefs attend our company induction and are trained onsite from the day one by our inspiring chefs who share their knowledge and passion and pass on their enthusiasm as soon as the chefs start with us at The Ivy Collection.
