About The Future Leaders Trust

The Future Leaders Trust believes every child has potential regardless of background. Our mission is to raise the achievement of children regardless of background, and to provide them with equal choices and opportunities in life. By developing a network of exception school leaders, we are transforming challenging schools and we will work to eradicate educational disadvantage.

We run a variety of programmes across England specifically tailored to narrowing the achievement gap, including our flagship Future Leaders programme, supported by the National College for Teaching and Leadership and the children’s charity ARK. With offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham and in Leeds, Future Leaders provides a highly motivating, professional environment in which to work.

We offer 28 days leave per year (plus bank holidays and two extra days at Christmas) and a Flexible Working Policy to allow for home working. We are a learning organisation and will encourage you to take up training, learning and development and career progression opportunities.
