At Starcare we offer flexible care and support that focuses on understanding what is important to the individual and knowing how we can make a real difference to them, and those around them. We also train our teams in specialist areas like dementia to help them offer greater support on visits.

We focus on recruiting the right people to deliver the care, and then ensuring that the team receive support and training so they can deliver excellent care on a daily basis.
Out team is full of brilliant carers, and when they want to progress in their careers within care, we support this by offering training programmes to help them develop towards senior carer, service support officer or head office positions.
