St Jude’s Health Care Services provide high-quality aged care, disability, home care and mental health services across Perth and WA’s South-West. We run a luxury aged care home nestled in historic Guildford, which provides a home-like environment and delivers a diverse activity and lifestyle programme for our residents. The home also includes a dementia-specific, purpose-built unit, run by our in-house team of dementia specialists. We also offer a range of both permanent and short-term accommodation options, from Perth down to Albany, for people with disability. We are a registered NDIS provider. Our care is delivered by fully-trained, professional staff who understand our clients’ varied requirements and are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of life possible.
