About Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University

In 2000, Ritsumeikan celebrated the 130th anniversary of the original Ritsumeikan's founding and the founding centennial of the present Ritsumeikan University.
Ritsumeikan has now become an integrated academy with a rich culture of individuality and international awareness accommodating a total of 46,000 students. The current Ritsumeikan Academy has campuses in Hokkaido, Shiga, Kyoto, and Oita and encompasses two universities, four senior high schools, four junior high schools, and one primary school.
