Relate is a charity and the UK's largest provider of relationship support. Last year, we helped over a million people of all ages, backgrounds and sexual orientations to strengthen their relationships.

Relate's services include relationship counselling for individuals and couples; family counselling; counselling for children and young people and sex therapy. We also deliver workshops for people at important relationship life stages.

Relate provides phone, email, webcam and Live Chat counselling, so you can choose the support that best works for you. We also have Centres across the UK and a network of counsellors working at 600 locations.
