Chef Vijender enjoys a 2 & half decade long experience of managing kitchens with the Claridges Hotels Delhi, Radisson Hotel Delhi, Le Meridien Dubai, Le Meridien Delhi, Hotels, Whyndham Bermuda Beach Resorts, Galaxy Hotel Gurgaon, SRS Group Faridabad and his last professional designation was Executive Chef with Park Plaza Faridabad.
Through Carlson group of Hotels, his rich and varied experience has over the years helped him to specialize in the Continental cuisines of Italian, French, Arabic, American, Ethnic Indian and street food.
He also holds kitchen designing skills. An amidst traveler,trotting globe, he admits adding on his learnings and implementing new technologies to give more output for his valuable clients.
