Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited (QHMS) became part of Bupa in October 2013. QHMS’ operations span diagnostics, primary healthcare and day care specialties. With roots tracing back to 1868, we serve the community through over 1,500 provider service points in Hong Kong, including 120 self-owned multi-specialty medical centres and affiliated clinics offering western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, diagnostics and imaging, dental, physiotherapy, mental health and wellness services. We also operate a private nursing agency. In 2019, we recorded more than 3 million healthcare visits.As one of the largest healthcare services providers to corporates, we serve over 850,000 employees from more than 1,800 companies, offering a range of wellness programmes including webinars, workshops, outreach vaccinations and consultations, as well as EAP. We also support our corporate clients with third-party healthcare administration service. With the launch of our new mobile app, we are pioneering digital healthcare experience with safer and easier health and wellbeing services.
