Progressive Metal Manufacturing Company is a Woman Owned Small Business that has continuously supplied the military, heavy truck, automotive, non-automotive, specialty vehicle and commercial industries since 1962.

We specialize in low volume, short run, up to 50,000 pieces annually, metal fabrications, stampings, weldments and assemblies made from steel, armor, aluminum and stainless steel, from 1 pound to 250 pounds, and up to 1.50” thick.

Our lean manufacturing work cells have been implemented for laser cutting, press brake forming and part marking stations. We also have press capacity up to 700 tons for line dies. Our robotic spot welding cells are in place at our Warren, MI facility where we also do assembly and distribution of final parts. All of our welders are AWS certified, and our supply chain is well versed in military requirements.
Our quality system is 3rd party certified to TS-16949:2009 – Third Edition, to world class standards.
