ORT Colleges

ORT colleges are part of ORT Israel, which was established in 1949 and now includes 150 educational institutions. The network trains students to cope with the accelerated rate of development in the economy and in industry. ORT colleges devise study curricula adapted to the needs of the country and to future needs, in collaboration with other bodies, such as: the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry, Trade & Employment, the IDF, high-tech industries and other leading industries in the national economy, both in the private and public sectors. Our graduates are integrated in the employment market in a wide range of key positions, in high-tech industries, other leading industries, government ministries, in the private market and in a large number of places of employment that require high quality professionals in the technological fields, at all levels. ORT colleges operate as interdisciplinary education centers, ranging from science and technology studies to the arts, design and communications. The colleges aim to provide a solution for every student, enabling them to successfully meet local and global technological requirements.
