Orizari Industrial & Logistics park is a multi-purpose center of 550 000 sq.m. created with the intent to offer to a variety customers a strategic location for the development of their business activities. The area can accommodate: - Manufacturing activities - Large-scale integrated logistics activities - Industrial activities - Construction and Letting of modular warehouses - Logistic-commercial activities - Service activities The multi-functional center located only 7 km from the heart of Plovdiv, the second most populated city in Bulgaria, right on the route which connects Western Europe with Istanbul. Plovdiv has always been a very active industrial and logistics hub: more than 9000 Italian companies operate in Bulgaria, most of which are headquartered in Plovdiv. Wide accessibility to Orizari is guaranteed by the international route E80 which is the central connection between Belgrade, Sofia, Plovdiv and Istanbul.
