Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington is an Economic Development & Career Training Agency providing education, training, and supportive services to primarily low-income and rural communities across Washington. Locations include Mt. Vernon, Moses Lake, Pasco, Sunnyside, Ellensburg, Walla Walla, Wenatchee, and Yakima.

Our Mission is to help in the elimination of unemployment, poverty, and illiteracy so that people of all colors and creeds can live their lives with greater human dignity. It includes the provision of health, educational and human services, economic development, and services to secure and provide safe, decent, and affordable housing to eligible participants and residents in the State of Washington.

Our vision is to assist families with multiple life challenges. We are proud to employ a diverse workforce to deliver job training in communities where the need is great.
