Celfone Trading Ltd is one of the largest independent O2 Franchises in the UK, with 16 stores based throughout central England. Established in 2007 with one single store, Celfone has continued to grow successfully, and now holds 16 O2 stores under its belt.Celfone also includes two further departments, our Customer relations team and Business relations team. Both located in Leicester, our teams are dedicated to call-based communication with consumer and business customers, as well as business specific account management, offering a bespoke and personal service.We are particularly proud of our Investors in People Silver accreditation which recognises the outstanding management, communication and training within Celfone and is a clear indicator of the time and dedication we spend investing in our teams.From pride in our people to work within our communities, Celfone works hard to give back to our local areas and charities through various channels. Our in-store Gurus work closely in local areas to inspire and share our technical knowledge as much as possible. Some examples include local groups, parent online safety workshops, technology based visual impairment training, and so much more.Continuing to grow and progress, Celfone work hard to strengthen each single aspect that cements the solid foundations of our business.
