By combining locations in the most attractive European cities, state-of-the-art technology and design, we create a digital guest journey that is easy, authentic and friction-free. The complete travel experience facilitates a journey without physical human contact. To build a scalable and a cost-efficient operating model we focus on what is beneath the iceberg including yield management, distribution and centralising operations. The result is an 80% automatisation of processes, significantly reducing personnel costs and shifting focus on guests rather than administrative tasks. Above the iceberg we combine a digital guest journey with design, emphasizing both the interior environment and the local experience of each location. Via a guest experience team available 24/7 and curating local recommendations, we focus on guest satisfaction and create the possibility for each guest to replicate everyday life in the neighbourhood and make unique discoveries throughout the city. Each step of the journey is designed with intention. COSIs business is built by entrepreneurial individuals with lots of drive and strong ability to learn from a team with unique skills from the broadest talent pool possible.
