Napa County Office of Education

The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE), your partner for educational excellence, exists to provide educational leadership, resources and services to the five school districts in Napa county, to provide a wide range of direct services to over 6,000 children each year, and to serve as a liaison between the California Department of Education and local school districts on a variety of state-mandated accountability measures. This mission is accomplished through partnership efforts involving school districts, community agencies, teachers, families, and communities; through direct instructional programs and administrative services; and through coordination with the California Department of Education and other agencies.
