I was appointed the Director of Samtskhe-Javakheti Road Rehabilitation Project in September 2008. Since 2006 I worked for the MCG as a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant of the above-mentioned project. I have twelve years of experience in the construction of roads and bridges. 1996-1997 I received Masters Degree in engineering and two-year scientific qualification in the construction of roads and bridges from the Georgian State Technical University. I defended a doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Transportation and Machine-Building (2008). Since 1998 I had been involved in projects implemented by various international organizations (USAID, World Bank, International Road Transport Union). I have a vast experience in creating drawings and design. I participated in international symposiums and conferences. He is the author of eight scientific publications in various international journals.
