McAlister Institute is a nonprofit organization that provides a comprehensive range of substance abuse treatment, recovery, and supportive services for individuals and families impacted by addiction, mental health, and other behavioral health issues. With locations throughout San Diego and in Napa County, McAlister Institute's 25 programs offer a continuum of care that spans prevention, early intervention, outpatient services, short-term and long-term residential treatment, aftercare, and sober living. Our incredible team of counselors, therapists, case managers, outreach workers, and community partners help us deliver high-quality, client-centered, cost-effective services for more than 9,000 men, women, children, and youth each year.
