Having worked in corporate recruitment agencies since 2009, I felt it was time to step out and create my own unique agency in 2014 - and so far it’s been an amazing ride!At Madison Kay Ltd, we’re passionate about developing a client portfolio through networking, collaboration, partnership, candidate experience and disruptive recruitment. Working with a high value on partnerships, we are innovating classical recruitment pathways by developing new media approaches such as video job descriptions and social network saturation.What we at Madison Kay Ltd are most proud of, however, is the personal and dedicated approach of our fantastic team.
