Private Credit: Originates and executes senior secured credit investments in equipment leasing, consumer finance, real estate special situations and construction lending, corporate lending, receivables finance and other areas underserved served by commercial banks or large private lenders.
Real Estate Lending: Originates and executes senior secured commercial real estate loans on existing high-quality multi-family, industrial, retail and office asset classes.
Real Estate Private Equity: Originates and executes real estate acquisition and development opportunities across multi-family, hospitality, senior living and SFR asset classes.
The firm has offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Salt Lake City.
