We are Safe Quality Foods (SQF) certified and our operating procedures are aligned with the Foods Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). With extensive experience in the food industry, our quality assurance team maintains a multi-layered system of processes to protect your product integrity even prior to entering our door.Every blend is tested against blend samples before and during every production run and detailed documentation provides full batch traceability. Ingredients are documented according to lot number, date, and product number and strategically stored according to allergen characteristics and protective requirements.All ingredients are pulled according to FIFO (first-in-first-out) sequencing for blending staging.
