About Intelligarde®
Intelligarde® (an Avante Logixx company) is a Canadian owned and operated security company with a global mission.
Founded in 1982, Intelligarde® has served as a beacon for community safety and security for over 30 years. With offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, and Winnipeg, Intelligarde® has an extensive portfolio of clients spanning from Government organizations to Fortune 500 companies.
Intelligarde® seeks to change the lives of security industry workers globally; empowering them to proudly act as a beacon of safety and stability for the communities that they are tasked with protecting. This year, we are announcing major changes that will improve employee engagement, health, and morale, while simultaneously reducing employee turnover. We are proud to announce that Intelligarde® is the only security company in the world to achieve a B Corp® Certification. Intelligarde® is joining the ranks of globally renowned companies like Patagonia, The Honest Company, Bullfrog Power, and the Business Development Bank of Canada. In achieving the B Corp® certification, Intelligarde® has proven to abide by higher ethical and environmental standards while committing to higher standards of public transparency and legal accountability.
We have also launched an Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), the first of it’s kind for a security company in Canada. This program will allow our employees to own a piece of the company they work for and directly benefit from the growth and success of our privately owned, 34-year-old Canadian security services firm. Ourselves and our loyal clients are using business as a force for good.
Come with us on our journey to change the security industry. Contact us to learn more about how you can improve your career, or hire a security firm who is helping to make the world a better place - one guard at a time.
