We believe employees have the right to a voice in their companies. At in-House, our mission is to provide that voice while also giving 100% anonymity so that employees can freely rate and discuss company matters, build a consensus with other coworkers, and enact change in their organization. We are building a seismic platform that unites verified employees in voicing diverse opinions, surfacing the biggest issues and best ideas, while protecting users from judgment and retaliation of others. Unlike other platforms, in-House never collects personal metadata and does not require any sign up or login. Instead, users create knowledge-based security questions that only insiders know in order to access their company’s page where they can post feedback and rate their employers across a variety of industry-specific categories. This ensures each voice comes from verified company employees who remain totally anonymous, leading to the most accurate, and honest, feedback and ratings. All feedback is subject to team voting in order to build consensus around issues and ideas, yielding democratic truths that companies will hear and be forced to listen to. TRUST to speak safely.
