The company is active in the online banking and finance field, covering the area of mortgage and personal loans, life insurance, house, auto and motorcycle insurance, but provides also other services such as online price comparison for items sold in over 2,700 stores. For the processing of client files, a digitized documentation management system is used: documents received in electronic format are recognized, classified, analyzed and communications and related information are inserted into the database.
