We connect children, adults and families to their futures by empowering them to live healthy, stronger, and more satisfying lives. We accomplish this by providing quality programs holistically rooted in the eight dimensions of wellness.Excelsior operates three community demonstrations: Excelsior Wellness Centers, Excelsior Holistic Schools (EHS), and Excelsior Integrated Care Centers. Each offer integrated health and human services. We specialize in responding to basic needs to support successful strengthening and preservation of families in our community. We also operate family medicine and specialty medical clinics with integrated behavioral health providers, family and peer support services, and recreation opportunities to promote living and staying well.
