Ho, and was later enter into a corporate partnership venture in 2009 with Smart One Bag & Luggage Factory, a company with manufacturing facilities The Philippines, to form BHL. EVER RAINBOW’s Bag & Luggage Factory specializes in manufacturing of high quality bags, ranging from computer bags, cosmetic bags, shoulder bags to travel gear series products.
