Edara Property Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SODIC, specialized in providing a fully-comprehensive scope of integrated facilities management services.It was established under the provisions of Companies’ Law number 159 for the year of 1981 and its regulations in 2010 with a capital of 10,000,000 LE, and a magnitude of highly scaled technical managers and employees to carry on our continues company and projects development.Furthermore EDARA hold 60% of the capital shares of Beverly Hills Property Management (established in 2002), with owning fixed assets worth of 43,000.000 LE and with an over all of 1200+ trained motivated workers in all different fields of services.The firm developed expertise in the management of large-scale multi-unit developments (Commercial, Residential) which due to their scale and complexity, demanded a higher level of technical expertise.In keeping with the firm's quality and expertise ethos, Edara hired the best Property Team in the field; qualified to the highest standards, in a variety of related disciplines, with an over all of 1100 Employees.Our drive for quality and professionalism were the building blocks of this firm emerging it from the downturn with robust, solid systems and procedures in place.
