Founded in 1926, since 1946, Ducati has built racing inspired motorcycles characterized by performing "desmodromics" engines, innovative design and cutting edge technology. The range of Ducati motorcycles consists of different market segments which vary in their technical specifications, design and target customers: Diavel, XDiavel, Hypermotard, Monster, Multistrada, Panigale, SuperSport and Scrambler.

True icons of "made in Italy", Ducati’s motorcycles are sold in over 80 countries worldwide, with a primary focus in the European, North-American and Asian markets.

Currently Ducati competes, in official form, both in the World Superbike and MotoGP World Championships. In World Superbike, Ducati won seventeen Manufacturers’ titles as well as it won for fourteen times the Riders’ World title. In 2011, in addition to winning the Superbike World Championship title both in the Manufacturers' and Riders’ championships, Ducati reached the historic milestone of 300 victories. Ducati has participated in MotoGP since 2003 and won the World Champion title in the 2007 and 2022 season, earning both the Constructors’ and Riders’ titles.
