We are a specialist UK provider of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Rehabilitation, providing evidence-based psychological therapy for solicitors, rehabilitation providers, insurance agencies, employers and members of the public.
Our clients include the Armed Forces, Emergency Services and Medico-Legal Partners throughout the UK.
We have a network of highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologists and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists who have been carefully selected because of their expertise in providing psychological therapy.
Our clients and clinicians are fully supported by our team of Psychological Treatment Co-ordinators who are immediately available to respond to the needs of our customers.
We have an outstanding reputation for clinical expertise and we place great value on meeting the needs of our clients.We are able to offer confidential appointments at our clinics throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

OUR TEAM
CBT Clinics is a clinician-lead company which operates with a team comprising of Antony Brown, Clinical Director, Psychological Treatment Co-ordinators and our Psychological Therapists throughout the UK.
Antony is our Clinical Director and has 20 years experience of working in NHS Mental Health Services. He worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in one of the largest NHS CBT departments in the UK for 12 years, specialising in the treatment of anxiety disorders. He has extensive experience of training and supervision of CBT practitioners.
Antony has combined his role as Director of CBT Clinics whilst continuing to hold a small caseload with his private practice as a BABCP accredited CBT Psychotherapist.
