Founded by a mother in 2000 and now operated by her son, Bridges provides quality services for individuals with disabilities as well as the aging population across the country. Our agency finds community integration, independence, and individualism at the utmost importance for the consumers we serve. With several offices currently in Colorado and Indiana, Bridges has taken the dreams of an advocate (mother) and turned them into a national agency.
Bridges believes that all people with disabilities have the right to choose where and with whom they live and work. Bridges has a strong commitment to the rights, dignity, and freedom that people with disabilities share with everyone.
Bridges is a provider for the Medicaid Waiver Program. These waivers allow Bridges to provide Residential & Community-based services to Consumers.
