Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC)

Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) and Rani Refreshments (RR) were established in 2012 following the successful establishment of a partnership between The Coca-Cola Company and Aujan Industries. RR is the trademark owner to premier beverages brands including Rani and Barbican, while ACCBC is an authorized manufacturer and distributor of its products in 15 countries across the Middle East and North Africa. ACCBC is also the licensed manufacturer in the Middle East for VIMTO. Each of the brands that ACCBC manufactures holds a market leadership position within the categories each brand competes: Rani in Juice Drinks, Barbican in malt beverages and VIMTO in Cordial format and in the ready to drink range. Since inception, ACCBC has worked aggressively to develop and deliver on the shareholders vision of creating a regional beverage powerhouse. The company has invested more than USD 100 million in last 2 years in adding capacity to satisfy the growing demand. In 2014, ACCBC acquired a majority stake in the National Beverage Company S.A.L. (NBC), becoming the manufacturer and distributor of Coca-Cola, Pampa, and several other brands in Lebanon. With over 3,000 employees, ACCBC’s production capacity has crossed 100 million physical cases in 2014. The company maintains direct presence in countries such as Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, Libya and Algeria. The company owns three manufacturing facilities located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and Beirut, Lebanon. In 2014, the company announced plans to build a new manufacturing facility in Cairo, Egypt. In addition, ACCBC continues to supply more than 70 markets in close coordination with RR.
