APR is a community-based, non-profit agency dedicated to the prevention of the harm caused by substance abuse and violence.
APR offers substance abuse prevention programs for youth and adults, including: tobacco prevention programs in 7 Counties in Southern NJ; an Atlantic County underage drinking prevention coalition and a local coalition to prevent drug use in youth and young adults; the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program; the Strengthening Families Program (for military families); Life Skills Training; a wellness program for senior adults; and many other programs.
APR also operates an outpatient addiction treatment program for adults.
