Wharton Business Consulting is founded and led by Natalie Wharton, an organisational change specialist with over 18 years industry experience. Natalie has extensive change and programme management expertise with specific focus on behavioural change, talent, leadership development, capability development, stakeholder engagement and organisation design. Prior to establishing Wharton Business Consulting, Natalie was a Director at Deloitte, where she was the UK Digital Change Lead, and UK Culture Change Lead for Financial Services.
