Overview:V3 Engineering provides controls hardware and software design, debug and installation services for industrial automation systems. We have extensive experience with PLC and PC based control systems.
Our hardware expertise includes electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems design. Our past designs have included various welding and assembly processes such as resistance, MIG, stud and laser welding as well as robotic laser cutting systems. We have worked with a number of different material handling and conveyor systems. We have experience with control reliable safety standards and safety plc hardware systems. Our design services have included custom AutoLISP programs and functions to support the hardware design process in AutoCAD. We have automated many hardware design tasks in AutoCAD to maximize design accuracy and efficiency.
We specialize in designing software to control robotic welding and assembly systems. Our software design experience includes operator interfaces, pneumatic fixtures, material handling robots, welding robots, resistance spot welding equipment, servo drives, VFD drives, conveyor systems, laser welding fixtures, turntable systems, weld inspection systems, style management and style tracking software. We have interfaced PLC systems with many different robot makes and models.
Debug and Installation:
We excel in solving difficult problems involving software issues, machine interfaces, communication networks, servos, drives and cycle time requirements. We have vast design and debug experience with Chrysler, GM and Ford software standards. We are very effective at getting a machine up and running quickly utilizing team work with electricians, pipe fitters and builders as well as plant personnel.
