The Barger Leadership Institute (BLI) is a community dedicated to developing the next generation of great leaders. As a community of staff, students and faculty, we work to create authentic learning experiences where you can cultivate leadership habits and start your life-long commitment to leadership learning.

Available to any Michigan undergraduate, the BLI is a flexible leadership program that offers a leadership mini-course, access opportunities, generous funding, and advanced leadership programming.
