UNISON is committed to the health and wellbeing of others. As LGBTQ+ advocates, allies, and members of the community, we know our LGBTQ+ family across the nation has been lacking quality mental health and addiction treatment. We aim to change that with innovative, compassionate, and clinically-proven treatment services that include the following building blocks focused on results:
• We are committed to innovating proven treatment methods to better care for the LGBTQ+ community.
• We provide a safe environment that supports and enhances the dignity of all individuals while delivering the highest standards of care within a compassionate community.
• We aim to enlighten other healthcare professionals across the country about the importance of serving our historically marginalized LGBTQ+ population.
• We will continually work towards expanding our reach and capacity to serve the LGBTQ+ population through the growth of UNISON and our ability to service as many people as possible.
• We believe in a respectful, considerate, and caring approach to mental health and addiction treatment care.
• We foster the thoughtful delivery and individualized of treatment to give the most effective and rewarding care possible to each person who comes to us for help.
• We aim to provide an elevated experience of clinical care for our LGBTQ+ patients.
